CUSTOMER RETENTION

• 2025: 55.5% of customers stay 12+ months.
   

• Only 11% stay less than 6 months.
   

• Longer average stays suggest the sector is evolving from short-term use cases to more permanent storage solutions, especially for SMEs and tradespeople.
   

• Over 6 months stay represents 89% … Thats brilliant 
   

• Over 18 months in 2024 represented 35% … Now in 2025 it represents 42%. Thats a 20% increase from 2024 to 2025 

(35% plus 20% of the 35% = 7%. 

7% plus 35% = 42% … haha just wanted to make that clear 😂)

If customers are staying longer, that means the lifetime value of the customer is increasing, which means we can also spend more to acquire a customer
