I want to highlight just how good container sites can be!! 🤑

And … Prove you don’t need a massive site to make good money! 

Let’s take Beverley (our outdoor site) as an example - 

Beverley has - 

7,415 Sq Ft of lettable space … A very small site

6,685 Sq Ft is lettable 

We are currently at 90% Occupancy

I know what you thinking … 

“Dean, there’s no way with less than 7,000 Sq Ft occupied you can be making decent money” 

WRONG

We are currently taking £16,709 Per Month 

That’s a touch over £200,000 per annum  

That’s £29.91 per Sq Ft … That’s NUTS for an outdoor site 🤯

Let’s look at the expenses for Beverley - 

Rent - £18,000 

Rates - £6,000 

Electric, Insurance, etc etc - £10,000 (Max)

Total - £34,000

PROFIT - £166,000 

£24.83 Profit Per Sq Ft Occupied (currently) 

Please note I haven’t allowed for any wages as it’s a manless site and takes around 2 hours to run per week

A lot of people look down on outdoor sites and urge you to think again. There’s a lot of money to be made from a good outdoor site! 💰
