Ive mentioned Mark previously on the newsletter and again he has come out with a golden nugget of information that was well worth a share with you peeps 🤩 

Mark Helm -

“The smaller the average income the less months people will stay

The higher the average income the more months people will stay” 😲

If people stay longer it means the life time value increases for that customer and you can spend more on marketing to acquire them …

If people stay shorter it obviously means the reverse … you can’t spend as much to acquire that customer

Simple advice but something that ive never really heard anyone talk about

So next time your looking at potential sites make sure you look at the average wage for the area … Its not a deal breaker but certainly gives you another metric to consider 🧐
