I can’t lie this is the only site im a tad disappointed with … Sounds silly when weve had an 8% increase in revenue 🤷♂️

Tuesday, we looked at Willerby revenue, yesterday, we looked at Beverley revenue, and today, we are looking at Clough Rds revenue for the last 4 years
For context, Clough Rd is one of our smaller sites … Standing at 20,000 sq ft lettable.
It’s in a very competitive area andddd the average household income in the area is lower than at our other sites, meaning the price per sq ft we achieve will be lower

Key things to note -
Clough Rd is 4 years old this month and in a very prominent rd side position
If I'm honest, it’s the one site I’m a little disappointed in … Don’t get me wrong, it still makes good money, but the price per sq ft we achieve could be better
Between 2024 and 2025, we increased revenue by £27,347
That’s an 8% increase in revenue. That’s ok … An 8% increase is what I consider par for a mature site
For some bizarre reason, I expect 2026 to be a very good year for Clough Rd as we continue to increase the price per sq ft
Lastly, I like to look at December's revenue to give you an idea of what to expect the following year
December’s 2025 revenue was - £31,518
Times by 12 (months in the year) - £378,216
So even if we just hit December’s figures every month through 2026, then we can expect around a £16,000 revenue increase in 2026. This is a 4.4% increase
