• 121 quotes – highest amount received since January 2026 (although still 20 less compared to May 2025).
   

• 35 reservations – up by 14 from last month, highest since January 2026 and up by 4 compared to May 2025.
   

• Conversion rate (quotes to reservations) 28.93% - up by 10% from last month and is 6 % higher compared to May 2025.
   

• Sq.ft. occupied at 16,000 – this is an increase of 23.69% from May 2025 to May 2026.
   

• True Period Revenue £31,780.06 – this has increase by 11.14% from May 2025 to May 2026.

• 6 cancelled reservations at 17.14% - third month in a row over the 10% figure.
