WHY AM I TELLING YOU -

There’s a believe in the industry you need 100s of thousands of pounds to set up a storage facility … I used to believe that.

BUT …. Its no longer true

I want to document spending less than £20k of my own money to open the facility ….

But that’s not all … Ohhh No 🥸!

Within 2 years I want the site to be profiting £100k per year

Can I do it … I don’t know haha, but its gonna be fun trying

Ultimately I want to limit the risks and maximise the returns … Straight from Warren Buffets playbook … If its good enough for him ….

Hopefully this challenge will help people realise there is a cost efficient and limited way to open a storage facility
