Highlights 

• Move-ins increased slightly to 114 from 113 (+1% YoY)
   

• Move-in conversion performance broadly flat at 23.90% vs 23.99% Nov last year
   

• Reservation conversion remains stable at 26% vs 26% last year
   

• Reservations up year up from 123 to 128 (up 4% Yoy )
   

• True period revenue grew to £208,976.16, up from £174,055 last November (+20% YoY)
   

• Churn improved to 12.32%, down from 15% last year

Opportunities

• Total enquiries increased to 481 from 471 (+2% YoY) could expect this to be slightly higher as new sites last year and these are maturing
   

• Moved in 12770 and moved out 12855 end figures of negative 85 sqft (same time last year positive growth of 1115sqft )

• Call listening to make sure we are pitching correct insurance rates
   

• Daily and weekly checks on website and google rankings in place
   

• Call listening on cancelled reservations to identify coaching opportunities and share best practice
   

• Look at cancelled reservations as the YoY increase is not great. Soft reservations?

7.5/10 Overall im really happy with November … Very solid. Only just sq ft down and revenue is trending brilliantly …. £35k per month extra revenue between the 6 sites which is NUTS!!!
