In today’s tip, I want to show you how my reports have changed over the years 

Here’s how it started out … 

By the way, I was soooo happy with the reports above … I thought these were awesome!! 😂 

But as in everything … 

We don’t stand still 

We iterate, and we improve 

Here’s how our daily individual site reports look now -

We’ve had these reports purposely built, and the great thing is they are automated …

The team dont have to do anything, these reports are emailed to me automatically just after 5:30 pm each day 

Anything you do more than once, automate it … Even if there is a cost associated to it. 

Your saving man-hours, which will compound overtime

Sooo the lessons here are -

• Never stand still … Always be looking at ways to improve 

• Iterate and Improve … In 5 years’ time, I want to look back and be embarrassed about how I ran Store More. If I’m not, I aren’t investing in improving myself  

• Automate every task you or the team does more than once … It’s a great investment and has brilliant ROI
