Last Months revenue = £32,900 (inc Vat)
Rent = £90k per annum
Rates = £20k per annum

Profit = If we take the last quarter profits, it means we are netting £42k per annum .... This will continue to increase as the site is new. Obviously have loans to pay with that money

Take Away ... Im really proud about this site .... I first started talking to the agent about this piece of land 6 years ago. They were only wanting to build for a national company ... I didnt accept no and kept in contact and finally during CVID we did the deal

Thought of the Day -
A Billionaire wants to invest in my company ... I know sounds nuts doesnt it!
I have a meeting at the Feb with a billionaire at his home
He sees massive growth in the Uk storage market
I dont yet know the ins and outs of the deal ... what he wants or what he expects
It means that the Store More brand would expand quickly across the UK
I would get to my 9 figure exit a lot quicker
BUT ... It would mean i probably wouldnt be able to have the work life balance i currently have, or at least for the next few years
BUTTT ... It would mean mean I could take some chips off the table and secure my families future
I honestly dont know if its right for me or not ... But certainly worth a chat for experience if nothing else ... Ive never meet a billionaire before :-)

Told you id get back on track ... 12k run and a walk did the job and gave me chance to catch up on podcasts and books
