... The meeting happened today with the billionaire!

I know your all expecting me to spill the beans in todays newsletter, but .... Theres bloody loads to process.

• Ive learnt so much today! I think I see what makes billionaires different to us normal folk. Ha, as Gavin Shields would say, I only have a very small sample size having only EVER spoken to 1 billionaire ... This is true Gavin (spoke to him Gavin today and pretty sure he doesnt subscribe) lol

.... Anyway .... But I see a distinct difference the way he does business and other people ... and I like it!!

... Ive highlighted it because its stating the self storage industry is "cooling" and the over 65's are the saviour for the industry

While I believe its true to a certain extent (the cooling) ... I mean how couldnt it be cooling after the CVID boast (I still believe we are in for a good year).

But i dont agree that over 65's are going to keep the industry "stable" ... Lets call a spade a spade ... What a bloody load of rubbish ... Maybe its different in America ?

February has ended disappointingly, especially at Beverley ... Looked like we were going to break the 1,000 Sq Ft up at one point.

BUT, the reservations appear to be pouring in so I truly expect a very very good March.

I would dare to say that I expect Beverley, Willerby and Clough Rd all to have positive months ....

... I wont include Wrexham in there as theres plenty of work to do behind the scenes to get the site setup up like the rest of the Store Mores
