• 161 reservations which is 43 higher than last month, 41 more compared to January 2025 & is the highest amount since August 2025.
   

• Conversion rate at 27.33 is slightly up by 0.30% from last month and is up by 4.69% compared to January 2025.
   

• Actual cost of advertising for PPC Google this month per move in at £88.03 is down by £25.19 from last month.
   

• Sq.ft. moved in at 13,915 is 4,650 more than last month and is 3,025 higher compared to January 2025.
   

• Net sq.ft. result of positive 905 is the first time in 4 months we have finished positive.

• Can we hit at least 60% contact made – check we are calling people at different times –Trialling late night calling of CB3,4 and 5s- review the findings from these trails.
   

• Set a target of 30% conversion rate – February 2025 we finished on 28%.
