Yesterday we FINALLLLYY got our 7th site under Heads Of Terms 🙌

Annddddd its a FREEHOLD 😳

We have been in talks with the landlord for nearly 6 months but yesterday everything was agreed and progressed to solicitors

Obviously, with it only been at HoTs I cant tell you the exact location but I can tell you its a town with only one self storage in it 🤪

That one self storage is completely full and has over 30 people on the waiting list …. Someone has been on the waiting list for 8 months 😳

Obviously il be documenting the process and fill up on the podcast and here
