Highlights 

• Conversions (quotes to reservations ) 30%, up by 10% from last month. 
   

• Churn rate 6.68% - lowest rate since April 2025. 
   

• True Period Revenue £20,784.12 - this is an increase of 13.69% from June 2025 to June 2026 .
   

• Occupied sqft - 8,095, this is an increase of 14.66% from June 2025 to June 2026. 
   

• Contact made from quotes 63.33%.

Opportunities 

• 30 Quotes - down by 13 from last month and 32 less compared to June 2025. 
   

• 9 reservations - third month in a row we have not reached 10 reservations, before this period we achieved over 10 reservations 10 months in a row.
   

• Sq.ft moved in 485 - the lowest amount of sq.ft moved in since December 2024 & down by 890 compared to June 2025. 
   

• Net sq.ft result negative 60 - June 2025, we finished positive 615. 
   

• Average insurance sold to new move-ins below target of £7,000 at only £4,714.29

• Discuss again with digital first as the drop in the quotes levels is a real concern- should we turn off Google Ads? Meta spent increased for July.
   

• Look at prices and offers on 50, 60 and 200 sq.ft. units, we have availability on these units and need to increase the amount of sq.ft. moving in. 
   

• Should we increase the minimum insurance levels on unit sizes.
   

• Check insurance levels sold on new move-ins.
