  • Sq.ft. net result of positive 250 – finished negative 360 last month and negative 450 in May 2025. We have finished positive 9 out of the past 12 months.

Actions

  • Look at average insurance to new move ins – is the low figure due to the average unit size being moved in or our sales process.
     

  • Investigate cancellations – reasons for the cancellations, was the sales process followed.
     

  • Increase street rate on 160s, 125s, 150s,  80s, 40s, 75 1st floor , 50s, discuss removing offers from some of these as well.
