This is a very important metric to track 

You track it because ideally, you want to be increasing it  

Here’s a very simple way I work it out …

Turnover Divided By Customers = ACV

Here’s Store More example for January

Turnover - £139,390

Customers - 776

ACV - £180 Per Month 

ACV - £2,160 Per Year (obv if they stay a year)

These metrics help you have a better understanding and feel for your business
