Wages are 8% of my turnover!
Technology has made the self storage industry so efficient and lean!
To compare industries ....
Hospitality -
Ratio should be around 30%
I had a restaurant (ha it failed by the way 😫), the wages to revenue ratio was just over 50% ...
... Haha probably a very good indicator why it failed in all fairness 😪
Retail -
Ratio should be around 15% - 20% in this industry
