Here's my Wages to Revenue Ratio for the last Quarter -

Salaries - £24,574

Employees NI - £1,707

Total Wage - £26,281 

Revenue - £325,460

Wages are 8% of my turnover! 

Technology has made the self storage industry so efficient and lean! 

To compare industries ....

Hospitality - Ratio should be around 30%

I had a restaurant (ha it failed by the way 😫), the wages to revenue ratio was just over 50% ... ... Haha probably a very good indicator why it failed in all fairness 😪 

Retail -Ratio should be around 15% - 20% in this industry

Self storage is awesome! 

Best time to get into self storage was 5 years ago ... the next best time is NOW!!

Health and Fitness ... Move More = Live Longer   -
