I think this is amazing and really simplifies how we look at the industry

So this is my take on the 5 elements and how I think about them

Sales

What are the trends?

Are you analysing the data?

Do we have a sales process?

Is it converting where it should be, if not why not

Are we tracking our competitor’s prices 🤷‍♂️

Marketing

How are you standing out in your 3-5 mile radius?

Are we on top of SEO?

Are we using PPC … Do you need to?

Is my Google My Business updated?

Could we do any other marketing … How could we be seen by our ideal customers?

Social Media ads?

Leaflet Drop?

Visiting businesses that may need us or help us?

Are we helping local charities?

Local business meet-ups?

The list is nearly endless … Don’t fall into the trap it has to be Google (It mainly is … but not 100%) 💪

Team

Have you got the best in class employees?

Any bad apples … if so say bye 👋🏻

Have you trained them?

What’s the company culture like?

Remember, in a give and take relationship … Most people take take take from their team, but you have to give give give

Best investment is to invest in your team …. The ROI is awesome

When we break it down it really does become a lot simpler to run a self storage facility
