• 1150sqft moved in

Concerns

• 1625sqft moved out

• down 475sqft for the week when we were expecting a positive week – 7 people moved out with no notice

• 735sqft due out next week with just 535sqft due in – negative 200sqft

• Below 80% occupancy at 77.64%

Clough Road

Positives

• 800sqft moved in and 575sqft moved out, positive week of 225sqft up

• £6,000 average insurance

Concerns

• Low conversion rate at 20.83%

• No move ins due next week and 3 moves outs due, down 200sqft projected

Wrexham

Positives

• Conversion rate 38.46%

• A huge 905sqft in for Wrexham!

• Up 520sqft for the week with 905sqft in and 385sqft out

• Average insurance £6,625

• 6 move ins due next week for 610sqft, with only one 35sqft due out – positive of 575sqft for the week projected

Concerns

• Only 13 quotes this week

Beverley

Positives

• 33.33% conversion rate (but low quotes!)

• Average insurance at £12,000

Concerns

• Only 3 quotes

• Still below 90% at 88.20%

• Due a negative week of 4 move outs for 255sqft and no moves in - 255sqft down projected for the week next week

This data shows me at what stage of the process the reservation is made … Have they booked online or at what stage of my follow up process did they book.

This helps me see what part of the follow up process is working and do we need to change it

For those of you who dont follow up more than once, you are leaving money on the table!!
