Since im away JP (James) has done the pros and cons for each site last week … Awesome work JP … and I totally agree with his conclusions. Here’s JPs thoughts -

Willerby

Positives

• Conversions great at 44%

• 1240 sq.ft. due in next week

• Forward move ins 70%

Concerns

• Moved out 1125

• Only moved in 435

• Occupancy below 80%

Clough road

Positives

• Positive sq.ft predicted for next week

• Almost 20% conversion – still low but a huge improvement 

Concerns

• 960 moved out

• Only 225 moved in

• Conversion still low, is a positive and a negative this week 😊 , as there is still a big gap between Willerby and Clough road conversions.

Wrexham

Positives

• 12 quotes, must be highest ever.

• 90 sq.ft. up for the week

Concerns

• Only 16.67% conversion but think this will improve.

Beverley

Positives

• 235 moved In

• 545 expected in next week with 0 expected to move out.

 Concerns

• 320 moved out, negative week.

• Only 11% conversions (9 quotes- , 6 no contact , 1 not ready, 1 to expensive, 1 reservation)

RESERVATIONS -

So this is new section I want to bring in … I think it is crucial to know where your reservations are coming from.

This data shows me at what stage of the process the reservation is made … Have they booked online or at what stage of my follow up process did they book.

This helps me see what part of the follow up process is working and do we need to change it

For those of you who dont follow up more than once, you are leaving money on the table!!

24 reservations and 1 booked online, thats 5% of my reservations booked online …. Lower than we have come to expect.
