Ok ... So I know on the face of it the figures don't look good

My big site, Willerby is down 3,500 Sq Ft this year. 

HOWEVER ... We have to remember we don't control the move outs

The only thing we can control is the move ins and reservations.

The reservations are flying in ... So that means the Move Ins will follow. 

17 reservations in 4 days is amazing!! That's an average of 4 reservations per day. 

Ive said it before and il say it again ... March is going to AWESOME :-)
