My good and great friend James Sinclair says there are 4 different businesses that every entrepreneur should be building ….

… I feel I need to clarify “the good great friend” part … What I really mean is IU listen to his podcast and every now and then I fan boy message him …. So like I said “best friends” haha 😂

• The company that it is today, this pays the bills and keeps the lights on … You do all the work, your the sales person, the cleaner, the CEO

Two - 

• The company you really want to be …. You have people in the correct seats

Three - 

• A media and marketing company that puts well qualified leads into the business one and two

Four -

• Property investment company. You funnel all your profits in to this company. This is your pension … This will pay you long after the business is gone

Love this …. I need to start buying commercial property 🤑
